This program is for those who have chronic stress, stress-related disorders, anxiety, worries, and fears. It is great to use after a therapy or coaching session and any time you can give yourself the gift of relaxation and self-care. It is ideal if you take a moment and let your creativity use that minds-eye to generate images of your goal for the session before you go into the session.
Best with headphones
Put on your headphones, turn the sound down to a comfortable level, and settle into a comfortable position, then listen a few times a week. See, hear, and feel what it is like when you have already reached the goal – call this your goal image. Dwell on this image throughout the day even when you are not listening to this session.
