Wow, it is so great to hear that you are passing on the word to others about the Iceberg model! I love it as well and knowing it has helped me a TON with the recovery process. It always feels good to hear about it helping others likewise. Thank you for sharing with us what you've been doing with this knowledge! :)

What a lovely story

The Iceberg is such a fantastic model to explain how shame and abandonment from a dysfunctional childhood work beneath the surface and addictions and behaviours manifest above it. I too have benefited hugely from finding the Iceberg. So glad you have gotten to share it with these women who will go on to recover themselves and in turn pass it on to others too. This is the beauty of recovery. Thanks for sharing this.
