Childhood Abandonment

I believe, I drank and smoked as young as 11 years old do to exposure to and abandonment. Growing up in an adult world with very little regard to what was going on for me. Drinking smoking, was the norm, and I was enabled.

I believe, when I am lonely, bored, happy, or deserving of a break, or just plain 'what else would I do with this free time', that would give me such release from my self.

I am sick of it, I have quit on 3 other occasions for 1,2,and 3 years, so I know I can do it, just needing support.
