Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) are extremely complentary approaches to reporgramming the way we think, especially when our thinking limits our abilities to grow and self-actualize. The Seven Step Feelings Process is an NLP technique for developing self-awareness and improving emotional regulation skills.
