Prior to listening, memorize one or two lines of affirmations to repeat to yourself while visualizing in detail the outcome you want. Then, once the spoken words end and the music continues, just visualize your outcome or goal image while repeating your brief supporting affirmations.
This is an excellent way to program your mind at the unconscious level to begin working on the achievement of your goals, even while you sleep! To do this it must build the necessary neural circuitry, creating new neural networks that will support the outcome you want.

NOTE: These instant relaxation exercises may induce a state of sleep. Look at the clock before you begin and make a mental note to your unconscious mind to re-alert you at a certain time. (Or just set an alarm if you'd rather) The programs last approximately 20 minutes each.
Again, just be aware that the first part of each program has spoke word inductions & music to induce the relaxation response by guiding and encouraging the brain to create alpha & theta waves. The inductions last 8 to 10 minutes and then just the music remains. You can begin visualizations and affirmations whenever you feel relaxed -- with as little effort as possible. Trying too hard can interfere with the process.
