Announcing the Freedom for Life™ Executive and Life Coaching Program for personal and career success!
This program will help you articulate your goals, organize them, break them down into manageable steps, and pursue them in a consistent way that will motivate and enable you to achieve success.
The Freedom for Life™ Executive and Life Coaching process is ideal for the pursuit and achievement of any life-enhancing goal you may have... including:
I've taken everything I have learned in over two decades of experience as a professional helper and combined it with some of the newest, most powerful personal transformation technologies available today to create this interactive process for personal achievement.
In some cases, highly motivated and organized individuals who are experienced in goal attainment can use the tools in the Freedom for Life™ Executive and Life Coaching Program on their own and achieve great results. However, the full benefit cannot be realized unless the reader is involved with a coach who has knowledge and skill in the coaching process.
The very nature of the coaching relationship itself is what makes life coaching such a powerfully transformative process.
The ideal coach has years of experience in the helping process and has a fully stocked toolbox of additional resources and abilities for troubleshooting any unanticipated issues that arise.
You and your coach should discuss each session and individualize it to your situation or needs before you begin to do the writing and assigned thinking and/or planning for that week.
The program outlined below is divided into 12 sections that also represent one session’s work, but you and your coach -- Yours Truly -- can discuss spending longer on certain sections if they include issues that are particularly relevant to your motivational process or that you feel you need extra time to work on.
The majority of the sections in the Freedom for Life™ Executive and Life Coaching Workbook consist of a number of exercises for you to complete, although the first two sections of the workbook are primarily reading assignments that will lay the foundation for the process ahead.
Most of the exercises ask you to answer certain questions that are designed to lead you through the stages of change and goals planning process. After you have completed the exercises, it will be useful and necessary to refer back to them during the later stages of the program.
Most of the issues addressed, such as overcoming the Seven Major Blockers and breaking goals down into manageable steps, are ongoing issues that you will want to remain aware of throughout the program and, hopefully, throughout your life.
Completing the 12-week program the first time through will give you the satisfaction of completing one or more goals. But the processes and ways of thinking suggested here can last much longer than 12 weeks. Having learned the process of goal attainment, you can apply it throughout your life to all other life areas and goals.
To see if you are ready for a Coaching Relationship take the Coachable Questionnaire by L. Michael Hall, PhD.
Below is a brief outline of the Freedom for Life™ Coaching Process. You and your coach will work through the process together at a level you are comfortable with. Most levels include telephone and email support as often as you'd like.
