I am not going to give you advice, as the 12 step program that I attend teaches me not to do this. I will only tell you that your decision to not have sex with your husband until he is well, is YOUR decision. It is not about him, IT IS ABOUT YOU. You also need to TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF at this time. If you believe in the boundary that you set, then continue to keep that boundary. Good luck!
