The Ezywalk Program: Is the complete 'health trainer in your headphones' walking program - EzyWalk gets you into a healthy and fun 30 minute walk every day. Just follow the 6-week program and discover fun, new ways to improve your health and your weight.
Just follow the EzyWalk manual (Included with your purchase) and walk your way from a relaxing 5 to 10 minutes per day routine upto a 25 to 30 mintue walk 3 to 6 days a week in just a few short weeks -- Your body will thank you after the first day!
Also below you will find several specialized brainwave rhythm programs desgined to motivate, energize, and help you get the most out of your workouts. Use these programs before and after your walk while visualizing and affirming that you have already achieved your goals.

The EzyWalk Program: Over a 6-week period, you'll be adding a few minutes each day to your walk, so this is a very simple and effective way to incorporate some activity into your life. Listen as your personal instructor guides you each step of the way, coaching and encouraging good body posture and mechanics as you walk to the uplifting beat of the music. Your program includes the companion booklet, with photos of correct techniques for walking and stretching. Length: approx. 34 minutes

Add to Your EzyWalk Program: The Motivator 2 audio session uses brainwave rhythms associated with desire. The brain likes habit and routine, but also a bit of variation and novelty.
